I am so committed to blogging at least 3 times a week or more . Stories that are interesting, helpful , solid and fun. Stories that might be unconventional , spicy, funny, on the wild side and also balanced.
Stepping out into a large city , Albuquerque , New Mexico gives me an advantage. There are so many different cultures and languages here. All living and blended together. Living for the most part with harmony and true diversity. Albuquerque is a big, beautiful , high desert town. Folks have lived in this area for many of 1000s of years. Trade routes have been here since before modern history . Traditional people have made there mark in the food world here. The southwest is a large region to travel in for deliciousness. We have much to pick from. We all love it and eat it with much gusto!
Looking forward to exploring, tasting , eating , taking photos of some outstanding meals !
I will be visiting many locations with my dear husband , Ernesto . He is my booking agent and
co-photograper ! He shares the love of food , he is fun to travel with , shares with the driving , our expenses , ordering and making discoveries . We love grand adventures ! Even if it just a picnic ! LOL !
We both cook , serve , clean and garden together. It is so enjoyable to have a team player in my marriage of 16 years. His family has lived in New Mexico for many 100s and 1000s of years.
